During 2025, intensive strategic work has been going on behind the scenes at Mälarhamnar. Together, all employees, with input from both customers and the Board of Directors, have identified a new direction and a new vision to which we all aspire.

We have taken several important steps in our sustainability work and as part of our focus on sustainability, we have now compiled our Sustainability Report for 2024, and we are really proud!

The quay length is 1225 metres in Västerås and 780 metres in Köping.

Today, our ports can receive ships with a length of 135 metres. Our ports are prepared to receive ships up to 160 metres in the future when the Mälar project is completed.
