We know that this is a crucial resource for both crew and operations, so we have created a smooth process for you. Ordering fresh water is easy when you submit your regular ship notification. In the form, you clearly indicate how much you need and when the delivery is convenient for you.
To give us the best chance to plan and prepare for your arrival, we appreciate if you place your order at least 24 hours in advance. Our aim is to make your stay in our ports as efficient and hassle-free as possible, and a prepared water delivery is part of our commitment.
