Access and application for an access card
This page is used to apply for access to our facilities and, if necessary, to apply for extended access, such as access outside normal office hours.
All applications are handled by Mälarhamnar and approved before access can be granted.

After submitting the application, the case will be reviewed and you will receive feedback from us or your contact person. If the application is approved, a pass can be issued after an ID check and photograph on site.

SAFETY RULES
Failure to comply with these rules, applicable safety rules and instructions given by staff will result in the withdrawal of this authorisation.
- Make sure that no one else passes through the gates to the harbour area.
- If visitors wish to enter the area, they must be pre-advised and authorised by the port contact person. Unauthorised persons may not enter the area in vehicles.
- Transport in the port area must take the shortest route to and from the outer gate to the respective loading and unloading points.
- Parking of vehicles in the vicinity of vessels is only allowed when delivering to and from vessels.
- Unauthorised persons in the port area should be reported to the PFSO.
- If there is any suspicious or unusual activity in the harbour area, this should be reported to the PFSO.
